Fatum SG yeps .... but they were clogged with juicy ribbons of fats .... crisp and crackling on the outside ... and tender and juicy on the inside ..... those were not the stuffed intestines you'd find in a bowl of kuay chup .... you can probably find them at a local hongkie takeout ....
